🤝 Cooperation Methods

Q1: What cooperation models do you offer?

A: We provide 3 flexible cooperation ways to fit your content style:

• 1. Content Creation + Commission: You create authentic content (posts, Reels, TikTok, Shorts, YouTube Shorts) to promote our products, and get commission for every order generated through your unique link/discount code.

• 2. Product Gifting + Content Exchange: We send you free samples (Dog Water Bottle + Poop Bag Holder), and you need to post 1-2 high-quality content (with clear product display + real usage scenarios) on your main social platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

• 3. Long-term Brand Ambassador: For influencers with high engagement (pet niche, followers ≥10k) and consistent content style, we offer long-term cooperation (3-6 months). You’ll get exclusive samples, higher commission rates, and brand exposure support (featured on our official social media/website).

💰 Commission & Cashback

Q2: What’s the commission rate? Is there a cashback bonus?

A: Our commission system is tiered based on your followers and conversion rate, to reward your hard work:

• Entry-level (Followers 1k-10k): 15% commission per order

• Mid-level (Followers 10k-50k): 20% commission per order

• Top-level (Followers ≥50k / High conversion rate): 25% commission per order + monthly cashback bonus (5% of total sales if monthly sales ≥$500)

Q3: Are there any additional incentives?

A: Yes! If your content (Reels/TikTok) gets ≥10k views within 7 days, we’ll add a $20 cash bonus. For monthly top 3 influencers with the highest sales, we’ll send free pet products (valued at $50-$100) as a reward.

📅 Settlement Cycle & Methods

Q4: How often is the commission settled? What settlement methods do you support?

A: We adopt a monthly settlement cycle, with clear and transparent data:

• Settlement Time: Every 5th of the following month (e.g., sales in January will be settled on February 5th).

• Data Inquiry: We’ll send you a detailed sales report (including order quantity, total sales, commission amount) via email 3 days before settlement, so you can check and confirm.

• Settlement Methods: We support PayPal, Payoneer, and Bank Transfer (for large amounts ≥$1000). No hidden fees—we cover all transfer costs.

Q5: Is there a return deduction? How to calculate commission for returned orders?

A: Commission for returned orders will be deducted from your next settlement. If the return happens after settlement, we’ll deduct it from your next month’s commission. We’ll clearly mark returned orders in the sales report for your reference.

📦 Sample & Content Requirements

Q6: Will I get free samples? What are the content requirements?

A: All cooperating influencers (except pure commission model without content) will get free samples: 1 Dog Outdoor Water Bottle (PET02, Light Gray 73) + 1 Pet Poop Bag Holder.

Content Requirements (simple and flexible, no rigid constraints):

• Must show real usage scenarios (e.g., walking dogs outdoors, using the water bottle to feed your pup, attaching the poop bag holder to the leash).

• Mention 1-2 key product features (e.g., food-grade silicone, foldable design for the water bottle; hands-free hanging ring, lightweight for the poop bag holder).

• Add your unique link/discount code in the caption, and tag our official account (@XXX, replace with your brand account).

• Content must be original—no plagiarism or reposting; it will be used for our brand promotion (with your credit).

🔗 Tracking & Data Support

Q7: How to track my sales performance? Will you provide data support?

A: Each influencer will get a unique tracking link and a custom discount code (e.g., INFluencer123) to track every order you bring. You can check real-time sales data (views, clicks, orders) via our influencer backend (we’ll send you the access link after cooperation confirmation).

We also provide weekly data summaries via email, helping you adjust content strategies to improve conversion rates.

⏳ Cooperation Period & Renewal

Q8: What’s the minimum cooperation period? Can we renew after it ends?

A: The minimum cooperation period is 1 month (for content + commission / product gifting models). For long-term brand ambassadors, the initial period is 3 months.

Renewal: We will evaluate your performance (engagement rate, sales volume, content quality) 1 week before the cooperation ends. If both parties are satisfied, we can renew the cooperation with a 2%-5% commission increase (based on your performance).

🚫 Prohibited Behaviors

Q9: Are there any behaviors that will terminate the cooperation?

A: To ensure brand image, the following behaviors will lead to immediate termination of cooperation, and no commission will be settled:

• False promotion (e.g., fabricating product functions, lying about usage experience).

• Using the tracking link/discount code for self-purchase to get commission.

• Posting negative or derogatory content about our brand/products.

• Plagiarizing content or reposting others’ content as your own.

📩 How to Apply for Cooperation?
