How long is shipping?

All orders are shipped from Qingdao, Shenzhen, Shanghai, China.

Some of our products are made to order. We have an estimated shipping time of 7 to 12 business days after purchase confirmation and payment verification.

The delivery time could vary depending on your location and in case of any issues with our carrier or in customs.

Note: For the pre-oders, they are just for you. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before shipping. Thank you for your patience — we promise it’s worth the wait. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge this timeline. We’ll send you production updates every step of the way.

Can I get a refund?
