Returns & Refunds Policy
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We provide options for both returns and size exchanges under specific conditions, as detailed below. Please review our policy carefully to understand how you can proceed should you require a return or an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange: We offer a one-time size exchange on products that do not meet your sizing expectations. To qualify for an exchange, the product must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Exchange Period: Requests for size exchanges must be made within 7 days of the package delivery day.
Process for Exchange:
Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at support@transconverge.com to initiate the exchange process. Include your order number and the desired new size.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us (Qingdao, Shanghai, Shenzhen). Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
Inspection and Dispatch: Upon receiving the returned product, it will undergo an inspection. If it meets our conditions, we will process the exchange and ship the new size to you. We will cover the shipping costs of the exchanged item.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
Conditions for returns:
Eligibility for Return: Returns are accepted if the product is unworn and in its original condition, including packaging and tags.
Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.
Restocking Fee: There is a 25% restocking fee on the original purchase price for returned items.
Process for Returns:
Notification: Contact our customer service at support@transconverge.com within the 7-day period to start the return process.
Shipping Product Back: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be packed securely and sent back using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Issuance: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund minus the 25% restocking fee and shipping costs. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery. In cases with free shipping, customers are liable for the shipping fee if the product is refunded.
Please note that certain items may be ineligible for return or exchange due to hygiene or personalisation considerations. All personalised products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any additional exceptions will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
