Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • For Retail Orders (ToC): Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • For Wholesale/Bulk Orders (ToB): Processing time may vary based on order quantity. Please contact us for estimated dispatch time.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship from China to the United States via reliable carriers such as YunExpress, ePacket, USPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Some of our products are not mass-produced. Each order is crafted specifically for you after you purchase. This means:

No ready stock

Production takes 2–4 weeks (depending on order volume and material availability)

After production, shipping takes another 1–3 weeks depending on your country

Estimated total delivery: 4–7 weeks.

We know waiting isn’t easy – but we believe good things take time. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge this timeline. We’ll send you production updates every step of the way.

3. Shipping Costs

  • ToC Orders: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping may be available for orders over $250.

  • ToB Orders: Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, weight, and shipping method. Please contact us for a quote before placing a bulk order.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • ToC Orders: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • ToB Orders: We can assist with customs documentation and provide commercial invoices. If you require DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, please contact us in advance for a quote. We also support EXW, FOB, FCA terms.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided. For bulk orders, tracking may be available upon request.

6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

For To B orders, please provide a valid business address and contact person.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • ToC Orders: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will assist in filing a claim and provide a solution.

  • ToB Orders: Please inspect all items upon arrival and report any damage or shortage within 48 hours.
